How we handle your data.

When you apply to The Visibility Tour, we collect the information you provide through the application form. This includes your name, email address, phone number, business or brand name, website or social link, and the details you share about your offer, story, and goals.

We also collect whether you opted in to receive marketing emails, which is a separate choice from submitting your application.

Standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device information may be collected automatically by our hosting platform and analytics tools to operate and protect the site.

We use your application information to review your fit for The Visibility Tour, respond to you, and coordinate next steps if you are invited to join. We do not sell your personal data.

If you opted in to marketing, we may use your email and phone number to send updates, resources, and related offers from Erika Nicole / Sales That Close. You can opt out at any time.

We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in. If you change your mind, you can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, or contact us directly at erika@salesthatclose.com.

Even if you do not opt in to marketing, we will still send you emails related to your application and any service you sign up for.

We keep your application data for as long as you have a relationship with us, or until you ask us to delete it. If you are not a fit for the current Tour, we may retain your information for a reasonable period so we can reach out about future opportunities, unless you ask us to remove it.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing erika@salesthatclose.com.

You can ask us to access, update, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. To make a request, email erika@salesthatclose.com and include the email address you used on your application so we can verify your identity.

We will respond to verifiable requests as promptly as practical.

This site is built and hosted on the Lovable platform. Lovable provides the underlying infrastructure, including secure hosting, database services, and email delivery. We rely on those platform capabilities, and we also apply our own access controls and review practices on top.

Security is a shared responsibility: the platform protects the infrastructure, while we are responsible for how we configure access, handle your data, and communicate with you.

We do not independently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or other compliance certifications for this site. If you need specific documentation or contract terms, contact us directly.
